The piece you ordered doesn't fit or you're just not really happy with it? Feel free to send it back to us.

You can return unworn and clean products in its original packaging within 30 days after taking the goods over. You will be refunded for all goods you are returning. Exchanges are not possible. If you are interested in a different size or different goods, it is necessary to create a new order.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

• Please put unworn products including tags and original packaging into the box.
• Pack the goods in a box, or other packaging material so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Please don't put tape on the shoe box directly, as it will devalue the product.
• Stick the return label on the package.
• Send the packed goods to our collection point for returns in the Netherlands:

Please note that you are in charge of the shipping cost.

The package will be sent from the collection point to our warehouse in Czech Republic.The processing of the return is extended by this time.

We have 14 days after receiving your package at our warehouse to refund you.

This is what you need to know about our returns:

• Please make sure to return a product that is unworn, unwashed, clean and in its original packaging. Only then can we make someone else happy. Please note that returning dirty or damaged products might result in a lower refund.
• Please, do not send the package on COD (cash on delivery) or to pick-up points.
• We recommend shipping the order with tracking and insurance.
